In 2021, The faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Indonesia, held a virtual international conference as an International Dental Collaboration of the Mekong River (IDCMR) activity. The 15th event of IDCMR presented Dental Research in COVID-19 Pandemic: Challenges and Opportunities for Improving Oral Health Management. Several countries participated in the event, including Indonesia, Australia, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, China, India, Myanmar, Taiwan and Vietnam. One of the IDCMR goals was to improve oral health in countries of IDCMR members through scholarships provided for dental students and faculties professional training, conferences, and policy briefs.
